... It’s officially “spooky szn” and you and your friends are probably wondering what to do for the 31st October, here are a few ideas you could consider ...

  1. If you feel like being a homebody this year, you can binge-watch scary movies on Netflix.

  2. However, if you want to go out but not to a wild party, you can get dressed up to watch something scary in the cinema!

  3. Make and bake Halloween inspired treats such as decorated cookies and cakes.

  4. Halloween themed games night e.g. “Who done it” or Cluedo.

  5. Dressing up in costumes. These costumes can be DIY, re-used or brand new; just have fun and be creative. Don’t forget to make sure that your costume is not offensive or disrespectful i.e. Black face, or imitating a culture or religion.

  6. Host or go to a pumpkin carving competition.

  7. Go to or host a Halloween party , here is a Spooky songs playlist:

    · “Highway to hell” - AC/DC
    · "Somebody's Watching Me" – Rockwell
    · "Ghostbusters" - Ray Parker Jr.
    · "Thriller" - Michael Jackson
    · "Demons" - Imagine Dragons

  8. Plan scary pranks on friends

  9. Check out haunted sites in London, such as Thorpe Park's 'Fright Night'.
