My best memory of studying at Brunel is the time spent on campus in the quad after exams. All the students would gather there to unwind, relax, and enjoy the sunshine together.

Tell us about your educational and/or career journey since you graduated from Brunel?

I decided to pursue my production company full-time, which I started in my accommodation while studying at Brunel University. During my graduation year, I successfully expanded the business, securing international clients and working with global superstars such as Tayc, Gims, Chris Brown, Burna Boy, and Wizkid, among others. Following this success, I joined Yemi Alade on a world tour.

What does a typical day at work involve for you?

When I am back home, I spend my time editing videos and meeting with my teams and clients. When I am traveling for work, I am on stage and backstage with various artists, filming and immersing myself in different cultures.

What’s been the highlight of your career journey so far?

A highlight of my journey was being named an official Forbes 30 Under 30 candidate and attending the Forbes Under 30 Summit in Botswana. There, I had the opportunity to network with incredible, like-minded entrepreneurs, including Nick Cannon. I also had the privilege of speaking on national radio, where I shared my story and aimed to inspire others.

How would you say your Brunel experience has helped you to get where you are today?

If it weren't for the support I received from the PDC in securing my placement year, I don't think I would be where I am today. My placement taught me invaluable lessons, and I was specifically advised to pursue a particular type of placement that would be beneficial for my career. It was during this placement that I decided to start my own business.

Why did you choose to study at Brunel and why would you recommend Brunel to others?

I chose Brunel University because it allowed me to study business while also pursuing my athletics career with Olympic-level coaches. The campus provided everything I needed, from lectures and events to training facilities, so I didn't have to worry about traveling elsewhere.

What is your best memory of studying here?

My best memory of studying at Brunel is the time spent on campus in the quad after exams. All the students would gather there to unwind, relax, and enjoy the sunshine together.

If you could give one piece of advice to current Brunel students, what would that be?

Make sure to stay on top of all your assignments. Making friends at Brunel is easy, so take advantage of this by connecting with classmates and forming study groups. There are plenty of study spaces on campus beyond the library, so change your environment every once in a while to keep things fresh.

What would be your top tip or key advice for new graduates as they begin their career journey after leaving Brunel?

If you don't have a clear vision or plan for your career, be sure to utilise the PDC. They can help set you on the right path and provide valuable guidance for your future.
