In implementing our values we will ensure they play out across everything we do and hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards in all our activities and decisions. We will work to understand how they add value to both student and colleague experience at Brunel, helping us to deliver our strategy and plans.

Our values build on the unique identities of our Colleges and Departments, and support colleagues to deliver teaching and research that meets the needs and expectations of our students and has an impact on global society.
