Crowdfunding Project Form

To create a crowdfunding project on our new platform, please fill out these required fields:
Name

First name

Last name
Graduation year (if applicable)
Brunel Student ID (if applicable)
If you are fundraising as part of a group, please give the full name of your Club/Society/group.
Project details
Campaign name: Name of the campaign page, this will be displayed in the URL.
Campaign Goal: What is the fundraising goal of this campaign?
Start and end dates of the campaign: These dates will be when the ability to give to the campaign begins and ends. For a normal crowdfunding campaign, this is 5 weeks, for a longer term project, please email crowdfunding@brunel.ac.uk to arrange a time to speak about your requirements.
Reason for the start and end date: Please explain any time or funding constraints you have for the funding goal (please note funds will generally not be available until a week after the campaign closes)

Project description
Description of project: Please give a brief introduction to yourself or your club/group/team. Please describe the project you are undertaking. What are you trying to achieve and why?
Donations are applied to: Please explain what the funding will go to and in what amounts. What will extra funds go to if you raise more than your goal?
Why are donations necessary? Please explain why the support is needed, and how a crowdfunding project will meet this need.
Personal Message: This will appear at the top of your campaign page - you can say an extra thank you or send another focused message to your supporters.

Campaign media
Please upload a Campaign Banner Image to be displayed at the top of your project. Images should be at least 680px x 400px (jpg, png)
Please upload an image for your Fundraiser Profile. For best results make sure the photo is at least 500x500 pixels in a .png or .jpg format.
Please upload any additional images for your Video and Image Gallery. Images should be at least 680px x 400px (jpg, png). For videos, please supply the full YouTube or Vimeo URL.
