Brunel University London alumna, DJ Ellie Prohan hosted an electrifying all-star sports day event at Brunel’s Sport Park on Thursday 18 May to help raise money for Brunel’s fund for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Researchers. The DJ and radio host, known for her weekly show on Kiss FM, successfully raised over £1,700 with 50% also being donated to the Young Urban Arts Foundation.
On the night, Ellie co-hosted the event with TikTok star YourBoyMoyo, which featured artist and influencer friends taking part across eight teams, taking part in classic events such as the sack race, 100m sprint, relay and tug-of-war.

The event brought out everyone’s competitive side but it was Team Brunel that were victorious, taking home the inaugural sports day crown!
