Since 2014, Brunel University London and Santander Universities UK have worked together to help students overcome challenges in higher education. Through this partnership, we provide funding to support your entrepreneurial ventures, develop your skills and enrich your experience at Brunel.

Santander is the world's biggest corporate donor to higher education, having donated over €2.2 billion globally and supported more than 1 million people. Each year, Santander invests £4 million in 75 UK universities and another £4 million in community programmes and opportunities.

Five key ways the Brunel Santander Partnership benefits you

1. Take advantage of the Santander Open Academy, a free digital learning platform with over 1,000 courses on digital skills, leadership, tech, and more. Access on-demand content and apply for scholarships.
2. As a Brunel student, you'll receive grants through National Programmes and get support in student prize draws.
3. Explore great opportunities for entrepreneurs with Santander, including the Santander X UK Awards and Global Challenges. It's your chance to thrive and grow!
4. The Santander Universities Scholars Programme supports 100 students across the UK facing challenges in higher education. It offers funding, training, and skills development throughout your studies to help you succeed and reach your full potential.
5. In 2017, Brunel won a competition to bring Santander cycles to campus, with £100k in investment and over £85k in crowdfunding. With Brunel Bikes, you can enjoy a healthier, greener and more convenient way to get around!
