Brunel Department of Computer Science alumna Oluchi Ikechi included in prestigious 2019 Management Today 35 Women Under 35 list.

Oluchi Ikechi, an alumna of the Department of Computer Science (formerly the Department of Information Systems and Computing) has been included in Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35, the longest running and most prestigious annual list of young female business talent in the UK. Some previous alumnae include Stella McCartney, Martha Lane, and Karen Blackett. Oluchi graduated with a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree in Information Systems from Brunel University in 2006, having completed a one year industrial placement with Lloyds Banking Group as part of her degree. Oluchi has since had a very successful career within Accenture’s financial services business, and currently leads Accenture’s business restructuring unit for the UK and Ireland.  Her role involves helping financial institutions create, implement and realise their business restructuring plans. Oluchi’s role involves delivering multi-billion pound restructuring deals, which also includes advising organisations on how best to prepare for Brexit.
