‘I am glad to have participated in the PwC/Blake Morgan Collaborative Competition of June 2024, hosted by the Law School of Brunel University London.
I would like to thank both PwC/Black Morgan for this opportunity which helped me during the final stage of my LLM in International Financial Regulation and Corporate Law.
It was an opportunity to be part of a legal team, conducting research related to legal matters and exploring consulting scenarios as a practising legal consultant for clients. The experience allowed me to investigate international laws related to corporate and copyright cases from national and multinational perspectives. The presentation segment was incredibly useful as it provided me live an experience of how a consultant delivers advice to clients, and which skills are needed in both academic and professional settings.
The feedback from the teams at both PwC and Blake Morgan was enlightening and helped me to stay focused on the key points while gathering relevant information and mastering a case consultation in the legal and corporate sectors.
As an LLM student in my last stage and writing my dissertation on International Financial Regulation and Corporate Law at the Law School of Brunel University London, it was crucial for me to have such an experience before starting my career journey.
Overall, I am grateful for this opportunity and for taking part in the PwC/Blake Morgan Collaborative Competition of June 2024 at Brunel University London, which I think was a really rewarding experience, especially for LLM students.’
