Dr Praštalo's "International Encyclopedia of Laws" Monograph

Dr Boris Praštalo, Lecturer in Commercial Law at Brunel Law School, has recently had his monographed published by Kluwer Law International.

Part of Kluwer’s International Encyclopedia of Laws (IEL), the monograph focuses on labour law and industrial relations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The monograph provides a general overview of the country and its legal system before shifting its focus to an in-depth exploration of the individual employment relationship as well as collective labour relations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
