We are pleased to reveal our Service Standards for Q3 (April - June).
Brunel Library releases it's service standards every quarter. The service standards were updated this quarter to reflect the broader service Brunel Library offers.
New service standards include commitments to:
- Keep the library open for it's advertised hours
- Provide a 24/7 enquiry service
- Regularly seek the views of customers
- Provide 1-to-1 appointments with Academic Liaison Librarians as advertised
- Provide Open Access support to researchers
- Develop and update online study support resources
