Brunel University London is spotlighted among the nation’s 10 ‘major climbers’ in this year’s Complete University Guide.
Brunel now ranks 79th out of 130 UK universities in The Complete University Guide’s newly released University League Tables 2025 — a remarkable rise of 16 places on last year.
Designed to help prospective students, the main league table looks at ten measures including post-graduation job prospects, ratio of staff to students and student satisfaction.
“I am extremely pleased to see us rise so significantly in such a nationally recognised and important league table,” said Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Andrew Jones.
“Today’s ranking and other recent performances demonstrate our continued progress towards our long-term ambition to provide the very best for our students enabling them to become the next generation of international leaders and ‘change-makers’.”
Across the UK, University of Cambridge was rated number one in the 2025 rankings, with London School of Economics and Political Science bagging the top spot in London.
