It has come to the attention of Brunel University London that misleading statements purporting to be made by Dr Adrienne Barnett, Senior Lecturer in Law, in her capacity as a member of the Cafcass Research Advisory Committee have been put into circulation by certain groups and individuals.
Dr Barnett would like to confirm that she has made no statements of any nature in her capacity as a member of the Cafcass Research Advisory Committee. She has confirmed that these posts were created and put into circulation without her knowledge or consent, and without the knowledge or consent of Cafcass.
