Ultra Education C.I.C is a charity providing entrepreneurship tuition and teaching resources for kids. The organisation uses entrepreneurship as a vehicle to change the trajectory of young people’s lives by showing them how they can do what they love and make financial gains from it, teaching them that they can make a big impact on the world and flourish financially with a sense of purpose.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and supportive community of sellers while also engaging with buyers to encourage repeat business in a newly launched e-commerce platform, specifically designed for young entrepreneurs. As a Community Manager, you will acquire communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

Typical duties include:

  • Assisting sellers on the platform, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and guiding optimizing their storefronts
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize seller engagement during key shopping seasons, holidays, and special events
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to create engaging content that resonates with buyers and keeps them coming back to the platform
  • Managing communication channels, including forums, social media groups, and newsletters, to keep sellers informed about platform updates, opportunities, and best practices

Please note, this organisation requires approximately 16-40 volunteering hours per week.
