Universify Education is a charity dedicated to reducing educational inequality and helping more young people get into university. The organisation provides early intervention to build confidence and raise attainment, ensuring students can make informed decisions about their future.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

In this role, you will help to lead a 7-day residential project and provide support across the academic year. As a Residential Coach, you will develop your leadership and communication skills, as well as learning to work in a team and be proactive.

Typical duties include:

  • Providing support and guidance throughout the residential camp
  • Planning and executing a variety of engaging activities
  • Working as part of a team to create a collaborative working environment
  • Deliver 1-2-1 coaching sessions with up to 3 students to provide guidance, support and feedback to help them achieve their goals

Please note, the organisation requires a DBS check and asks that you to commit to a minimum of 1 academic year.
