Details of the Charity:

The Purry Godmother is a charity dedicated to making the UK pet industry more accommodating to cats. The organisation provides premium cat-sitting services to clients, create higher-quality care for cats that focuses on emotional and mental wellbeing.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

In this role, you will assist with a variety of communications and PR tasks to communicate with current clients and find new ones. As a PR volunteer, you will develop your marketing and organisational skills.

Typical duties include:

  • Creating the monthly newsletter in Canva
  • Attending networking events and following up with contacts made
  • Assisting with content creation for social media
  • Supporting the creation of presentations

Please note, the organisation requires that you to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
