Universify Education is a charity dedicated to reducing educational inequality and helping more young people get into university. The organisation provides early intervention to build confidence and raise attainment, ensuring students can make informed decisions about their future.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of residential programmes to ensure wellbeing, safety and engagement throughout. As Group Leader, you will develop your leadership, communication and organisational skills in a real-world environment.

Typical duties include:

  • Managing a small team of volunteers and fostering a positive environment for effective collaboration
  • Leading and supporting enriching activities across the residential course, ensuring student participation and enjoyment
  • Maintaining regular communication with the Course Director
  • Delivering monthly 1-2-1 coaching sessions with up to 3 students

Please note, the organization requires a DBS check and asks that you to commit to a minimum of 1 academic year.
