No Panic - Student Ambassador

Details of the Charity:

No Panic is a charity that helps and supports those living with Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, and other related anxiety disorders, as well as their carers. The organisation provides crucial support that fills the gaps left by statutory services, providing recovery programmes using layperson Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and anxiety management that have a high success rate. 

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

In this role, you will be supporting campaign activities such as distributing promotional materials at Brunel University. As a Student Ambassador, you will learn a set of skills such as communication, teamwork, public speaking, networking, and customer service. 

Typical duties include:

  • Distributing campaign-related promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and merchandise at strategic locations on campus
  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of campaign events
  • Engaging with fellow students to promote campaign initiatives, answering inquiries, providing information, and encouraging participation in various activities related to the campaign
  • Collecting relevant data, feedback, and insights from students during promotional events to assess the impact of the campaign

Please note, the organisation would like you to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
