RollaDome All Skate - Club Administrator

Details of the Charity:

RollaDome All Skate is a charity committed to promoting physical, social, and emotional well-being for children and young people in particularly those from disadvantaged and marginalised groups. The organisation delivers roller sports programmes, education and training opportunities, community events, and Young Leader and Volunteer programs.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

In this role, you will greet members and visitors upon their arrival, help to run events, and man the reception desk. As Club Administrator, you will develop your administrative skills and widen your customer service experience.

Typical duties include:

  • Deal with membership enquiries, booking issues, registration issues and bookings
  • Inform members of upcoming events
  • Work with other members of staff to organize group outings that are being hosted by RollaDome
  • Inform members of grading outcomes

Please note, the organisation would like you to commit to a minimum of 3 months. A CV is required for this role.
