The Occupational Therapy Division at Brunel University is dedicated to the education and development of future occupational therapists. The department focuses on equipping students with the essential skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in occupational therapy.
Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:
In this role, you will help to create and post content on social media. As a Social Media Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills.
Typical duties include:
- Recording footage of events that Occupational Therapy students are involved in
- Subtitling videos and scheduling them for upload
- Conducting interviews with students, staff and service users
- Project Management and oversight of other social media volunteers
Please note, the organisation requires that you to commit to a minimum of 3 months. A portfolio would be desirable, but it is not essential.
