Harlington Hospice is a specialized form of healthcare working throughout the London Borough of Hillingdon. The organisation aims to enhance the quality of life for patients and their families by providing comfort, pain management, and emotional support to patients and their families during their end-of-life journey.  

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

In this role, you will be providing the office manager with administration support to achieve successful project delivery. You will acquire skills such as office software proficiency, organisation, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Typical duties include:

  • Assisting with project management and development of systems and processes
  • Validating patient data on electronic systems
  • Supporting office manager with administrative support when required
  • Providing occasional cover on reception

Please note, the organisation would like you to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
