Noah's Ark Children's Hospice - Community Events Ambassador

Details of the Charity:

Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice is a community hospice providing clinical, emotional, and practical support to families of children and young people with life-limiting / life-threatening conditions in the North London boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, Islington, and Hertsmere.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

In this role, you will help to represent Noah’s Ark at various community events by raising awareness and funds for the organisation. As a Community Events Ambassador, you will acquire skills such as customer service, cash handling, sales techniques, and adaptability.

Typical duties include:

  • Promoting upcoming Noah’s Ark fundraising events within your local area
  • Setting up and overseeing Noah’s Ark information stalls at various community events
  • Coordinating charity bag packs at supermarkets
  • Overseeing charity collections at supermarkets, train stations, and Brent Cross Shopping Centre

Please note, the organisation would like you to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
