Summary

Riju is a PhD student in English Literature who focuses her research on the writings of British-Pakistani writer Kamila Shamsie with theoretical approach on Postcolonial Feminism, Postcolonialism and World Literary theories. 

Her areas of interest lies in Gender Studies, Queer Theory, Deconstruction, and Post-Colonial Literature. Also, she is currently teaching as a GTA in the Arts and Humanities Department and taking seminars on World Literature for undergraduate students. She attained her bachelor's degree from Miranda House, University of Delhi in English and later on pursued her Masters as well as MPhil in English from Amity University, India.
