Conference Registration & Fees

The inaugural (Inter)Disciplinary Bodies international conference will take place at Brunel University London, from Tuesday 25 to Thursday 27 June 2024

The centrepiece of the broader (Inter)Disciplinary Bodies conference is a one-day festival and campus takeover, open to all. Conference delegates will be joined by the wider community for Bodies Festival on Wednesday 26 June.

Conference Fees include all sessions, the festival day, and catering.
Accomodation is not provided, but there are a number of options in the surrounding area of Brunel University London.

The Bodies Festival ticket spans all activities on Wednesday 26 June and includes a vegan & vegetarian BBQ lunch and evening drinks reception with canapes.

* The concessionary fee recognises anyone who believe they are entitled to a concessionary rate. Including those on low incomes; over 60s; under 18s; students; activists; benefits recipients; registered disabled; NHS staff; and those in the charity sector. For the one-day Bodies Festival we extend this to include all local residents, across the London Borough of Hillingdon.

Where is Brunel?

Brunel is a single campus in Uxbridge, west London. Well connected by public transport to London, the rest of the UK, and internationally.

Brunel is just a short drive from the M25, M4 and M40 motoways; very cose to Uxbridge underground station and the Elizabeth Line, via West Drayton or Hayes & Harlington; and near to Heathrow Airport.
