Win 1000 Euros in the The Young European University Network (YERUN) Research Mobility Award 2021
The fourth round of the The Young European University Network (YERUN) Research Mobility Awards is now open to doctoral researchers, early career researchers and established academics.
The funding awarded throught this scheme is available to Brunel doctoral researchers and staff, as part of the university's membership in the Network. Application deadline is 12 May, and support from the Graduate School is on hand for applicants. Winners of the award you could win 1000 Euros to establish a research collaboration with another YERUN partner institution from a different country. Find the full details of the award on the YERUN website.
Colleagues from Brunel have been successful in the last two rounds. Last year, Dr Mariza Dima, scored the highest mark over all the applications. She used her award to establish a research collaboration with Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Spain to extend her fellowship into a mixed reality application for historic houses. Mariza said: “I applied for this funding as I wanted to create a research collaboration and this is much easier with a YERUN Research Mobility Award. It gives you the opportunity to initiate the talks, meet online and design the activities together.”
If you are considering making an application, you are welcome to contact Dr Inma Andres, YERUN Research Mobility Funding Coordinator at Brunel.
