Travelling to our campus

Brunel has everything on one campus in Uxbridge, west London and we are well connected to the rest of the UK. Our address is Kingston Lane, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 3PH. If you are travelling from a distance, you can book an overnight stay at the on-campus Lancaster Hotel. Please make sure to check transport options and schedules in advance to ensure a smooth journey.

Getting here via tube

The nearest underground stations are:

  • Uxbridge (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines). From Uxbridge use the Transport for London (TfL) U1, U3U4 or U7 buses to the university.
  • West Ruislip (Central line). From West Ruislip take the Transport for London (TfL) U1 bus to Brunel.
  • West Drayton (Elizabeth line). From West Drayton the Transport for London (TfL) U3 bus will take you to our campus.

Getting here via bus

We recommend using Transport for London (TfL) buses U1, U2U4 and U7, which stop at the University's main entrance. The U3 bus stops in the middle of the campus.

Getting here via coach

The nearby Heathrow Central Bus Station is served by various coach operators, providing a convenient and cost-effective way to reach us. From there, you can catch the Transport for London (TfL) U3 bus to Brunel. Additionally, there are bus services from outside London that primarily operate into Uxbridge Town Centre and Heathrow Airport.

Getting here by train

The nearest train station is West Ruislip (Chiltern Railways). From West Ruislip take the Transport for London (TfL) U1 bus to Brunel.

Driving to our campus

We are just a short drive from the M25, M4 and M40 motorways. Sat Nav users, please enter the road address (Kingston Lane) and UB8 3PN as the postcode for our main entrance. Once on campus, please follow the signage to our parking locations. Please note that the ULEZ charge is in place in Uxbridge.

Travel costs

We want to make sure that all students have the opportunity to visit Brunel and take part in key events on campus. Our Widening Access Travel Fund helps eligible students cover travel costs for Open Days, Applicant Days, and Interview/Selection Days. If you are a home student from a state school, live outside the M25, and meet at least one of our widening access criteria, you may be able to claim reimbursement for your travel expenses.
