Privacy notices under the GDPR is one of the rights of a data subject. If we do not provide this when using someone’s personal data, we risk violating their rights and becoming non-compliant with the GDPR.
Therefore, if you have created or are going to create a form on the CMS you need to undertake the following steps:
- Add a brief description of how you will use the data you collect.
- Add your email address to allow respondents to contact you if they have any questions.
To add, drag and drop GDPR-Form-Declaration before your form:

Fill in the Description and email address, then click on Save:

Below is an example of how it could look. As the form owner, you are responsible for the text that you use.
