Privacy notices under the GDPR is one of the rights of a data subject. If we do not provide this when using someone’s personal data, we risk violating their rights and becoming non-compliant with the GDPR.

Therefore, if you have created or are going to create a form on the CMS you need to undertake the following steps:

  1. Add a brief description of how you will use the data you collect.
  2. Add your email address to allow respondents to contact you if they have any questions.

To add, drag and drop GDPR-Form-Declaration before your form:

Fill in the Description and email address, then click on Save:
