If you don't have time to manage your own profile then you can choose to delegate edit access to another Brunel user, this could for example be your PA if you have one.
When someone you have delegated access makes changes to your profile they will be prompted to provide a brief overview of what they did and why they did it before they can save the changes they made.
To delegate access, open the 'More options' screen by clicking on the 'More options' link in the top right of your edit profile screen:

Click on the 'Security' tab in the left menu:

Then in the textbox start typing the name or email address of the Brunel user you want to delegate access to:

As you type Brunel network accounts will be searched for and the results will appear in a drop down underneath the text box. Click on the account you want to use to select it.
You can add more than one at a time.
Once you've finished, click the 'Close' button and then click on 'Save Changes' to update your profile and delegate access.
Remove delegated access
To remove access, go to the 'Security' tab of the 'More options' dialog, and click on the cross next to the user you want to remove.

Once you've finished, click the 'Close' button and then click on 'Save Changes' to update your profile and remove delegated access.
Admin access
Some Colleges/Departments/Divisions may add user accounts who can manage any staff profile within that area. If your profile is included in any of these lists then a list of users who have this access will be visible for you to see.
To see this list of users, click on the 'Admin Access' tab on the left menu of the 'More Options' dialog:

This will show you a list of all Brunel users who have been granted admin access to your profile:

The list displays their full name and how they have been granted access.
Note: if you do not see an 'Admin Access' link then no one has been granted access to your profile.
Note: you will not be able to modify this list and the information is provided for transparency reasons only.
