Animation: Lofting

• Lofts are similar to extrusions except:
  • Whereas an extrusion is straight and at a defined distance, a loft extrudes a shape along a loft path
  • As the shape is lofted along the path you can deform it using one or more of five deformation tools that are available.
  • You can loft an object along a path and also change profile shapes along the path as the loft is created.
