Accessibility statement for the Brunel Careers and JobShop websites

This statement applies to content published on https://careers.brunel.ac.uk and https://jobshopcareers.brunel.ac.uk, run by Brunel University London.

It does not apply to content on the main brunel.ac.uk domain or to other subdomains.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

The following items are currently not compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA criteria.

PDFs

PDFs don’t meet accessibility standards – for example, they are not be accessible to screen reader software operating within the browser. PDFs are instead available via a download link.

We will seek to make our PDFs accessible where possible, as the technology used on our site develops in future.

In the interim we will use MS Word docx documents for all new content in place of PDFs.
