Death Dying and all that Jazz!

We are delighted to announce our inaugural Palliative Update conference, Death Dying and all that Jazz! taking place on 8th May during Dying Matters Week.

We have put together a programme of diverse and interesting topics, relevant to all those practitioners caring for people towards the end of life.

We hope that GPs, Care Home Staff, District Nurses, Hospital and Palliative Care Teams will join us on this special day. The Conference will take place at the Michael Sobell Centre next to the Hospice on the Mount Vernon Hospital site (HA6 2RN)
