Employer Testimonial
"We attended "Employer in the Foyer" at the start of the academic year. This was a great experience as it allowed us to talk to students directly and discuss the opportunities we had on offer. We met some really amazing students that were engaging, very keen to learn about us and what we could do for them"

WORKSHOPS
Workshops are a great addition to other engagement on campus. These work well when tied in with drop-in sessions to boost the number of interactions you have on campus.
Workshops can be used to either provide students with a detailed overview of your company and importantly the opportunities that are available. Workshops can also be skills based. If candidates seem to be less successful at certain points in your recruitment or assessment process, why not use a workshop to support students in building specific skills and experience to enhance their chances at those stages?
What's provided?
A suitable room with a PC and projection will be provided
What shall I bring on the day?
You may want to hand out literature on the opportunities that you have or other merchandise to promote your brand.

TOP TIP:
Workshops are not always the most flexible option for students, given their busy schedules. So we always recommend running a drop-in session, which is the most flexible option for students. To be run on the same day as the workshop. This increases the chance of positive interactions!
Deliver a company focussed skills workshop to our students, focussing on the needs of your business or highlighting areas of improvement in the application process.

Careers Uncovered
Pass your knowledge and experience on the on to the next generation...
Every year we invite alumni and other speakers at all stages of their career to take part in our series-specific 'uncovered' events.
At these events, you'll be meeting students who were in your shoes a few years back, sharing your experience of joining the workforce in your sector and passing on professional insights, tips and advice. You'll help demystify job roles, dispel common myths and most importantly, inspire students to begin their journey to success.
A fantastic opportunity to engage with our students on campus, these half-day sessions are flexible in format, usually combining networking with short company presentations. Feedback from these sessions is continuously positive. Our students come away feeling inspired, with renewed motivation to apply for more ambitious roles. In turn, employers benefit from a significant increase in enthusiastic and focused applicants.
