Team Description

This project is a collaborative effort between Brunel University of London and WOREC, Nepal, an organization dedicated to advocating for women’s rights, social justice, and community resilience.

Team Members

• Dr Ayushman Bhagat – Project Lead, Lecturer in Political Geography at Brunel University London. His research explores migration, labor rights, and the intersections of politics and space.
• Sulochana Khanal – WOREC Nepal. She brings extensive experience in gender justice, community mobilization, and advocacy for women’s rights. More about her work can be found here.
• Women's Rehabilitation Centre (WOREC), Nepal - https://www.worecnepal.org/  brings decades of experience in grassroots activism and policy advocacy. The organization plays a crucial role in addressing gender-based violence, promoting women’s leadership, and fostering sustainable community development.
