Welcome!

We’ve had an HCI research programme in the Department of Computer Science at Brunel since the early 1990s, and now around 30 members drawn from our faculty, Research Fellows and PhD students. The group has expertise in interaction design (IxD), usability testing, usability experience design (UxD), visualisation, and multimedia design. The group is highly interdisciplinary, and encompasses a wide variety of backgrounds, drawing from computer science, psychology, design, amongst others.
