Animation: Patch Modeling Patch Sub-Object Level Patch Editing
- Sub-object level can be reached by:
- Choosing Edit Patch and then Sub-object Patch from the pop up menu
- In cases where you have add patches or attached objects, you will have multiple sub-patches as part of the overall patch surface.
- Sub-Object level allows you to select individual patches and detach or delete them.
- After you select a patch surface,you can assign material Ids to individually selected patches. This allows you to control the material assignment across the surface of a patch.
- The sub-divide control allows you to subdivide a current patch into smaller patches.
