has it that the official Ultimate disc was chosen because
this was the one that could hold the most beer. Why?
The three pint challenge. Two people two straws and a disc
full of beer. The rules are a lot more simple to understand
than the ultimate ones: Down the drink through the straws
in the quickest possible time. This page will keep you up
to date on the STD times for the 3 pint challenge.
A
new season a new dawn
The
xmas social saw Malcolm come out of retirement to challenge
the times set last year. It turned out to be a shrewd move.
Teamed up with Mark and they managed a strong 27 seconds.
This was Malcolm's first taste of Alcohol in 6 months and
being so close to quickest time Mark and Malcolm thought it
only right to try one more time. So in front of a crowd of
at least 10 they went again. The drink was Tetleys Smooth
and the time was 21 seconds! Blasting last years 26, Bring
it on.
Unfortuanately
about two weeks later Mark teamed up with Steve from lookfly.com
and got 17 seconds. But he's not from round here so it just
don't count. ( Aah the joys of writing the website and therefor
having the last word Malcolm)
Last
Season's Higlights
Mark
(manc) Greenhalgh and Malcolm (webMaster) Cannon came a very
respectable 3rd in the country atNot the nationals. Basically
we were robbed and would have come first if only we hadnt
picked such a creamy beer. Damn you Worthingtons Creamflow.
Grant
and Don's dismal performance will go down in history and although
their time is now shrouded in myth and legend the unofficial
record for worst performance when trying your hardest stands
at 8minutes.
Dans
individual time, although not making it into the top ten is
very respectable at 1minutes 47seconds.

Buffalo
Once
a Buffalo has been initiated they are forever more a Buffalo.
The Rules:
If a Buffalo is spotted drinking right handed by another Buffalo
they must down their entire drink.
If they refuse they must buy every Buffalo in the vicinity
a drink
If they manage to make the mistake of downing said drink with
right hand, whilst holding another drink they must down that
too.
