UCAS deadlines

15 October 2025: UCAS deadline for Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Sciences applications.

29 January 2025: Initial UCAS deadline for on-time undergraduate applications*.

26 February 2025: UCAS Extra opens.

30 June 2025: Closing date for applications through UCAS main application system (applications received after this date will go through Clearing).

4 July 2025: Closing date for applications through UCAS Extra.

5 July 2025: UCAS Clearing opens.

5 August 2025: SQA results day

14 August 2025: A-level results day

20 October 2025: UCAS Closing Date for Clearing choice.

*Many courses will remain open for late applications after this date.
