Summary

I am a PhD researcher at Brunel University, focusing on the development of a Digital Mental Health Intervention (DMHI) App aimed at supporting university students. My research explores the barriers to engagement with digital mental health tools, with the goal of co-creating an app that fosters preventative care for student mental well-being. With a background in psychotherapy, I bring my clinical experience and interest in AI-enabled health interventions to contribute to the future of mental health support for young adults.
