I am a PhD researcher in Law at Brunel University, specializing in constitutional law, human rights, and international humanitarian law (IHL). My research focuses on the Right to Fair Trial.In addition to my doctoral studies, I serve as the Director Legal and Assistant Professor at the Law Department of Superior University, where I contribute to legal academia, research, and policy development.I hold an LLM in Law from the University of the West of England, UK, and an LLB from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. I am also the author of the book Legal System of Pakistan and have published multiple articles on constitutional rights, legal reforms, and education law.
