About the group

The SEIB research group conducts rigorous and impactful research in the interrelated areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship and International Business. SEIB is presently led by Dr Cristina Stoian. The group is well balanced between senior, mid-career and early career researchers.

SEIB is a vibrant research group which conducts rigorous and impactful research in the interrelated areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship and International Business. SEIB offers long-standing expertise in a number of specialised themes. These themes range from entrepreneurial and internationalisation strategies of small-to-medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to inward and outward investment by large enterprises and supra-national governance. The group’s research has been published in leading journals and supported by major funding bodies such as the UK Research Councils and the European Union. SEIB members also serve on editorial boards and review panels of national and international funding bodies. SEIB actively collaborates with researchers and practitioners worldwide. We continuously seek to expand our portfolio of research projects and welcome further collaborations.
