Summary
Dr. Bin Gong works as the Marie SkÅ‚odowska–Curie Fellow in Geotechnical Engineering in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Brunel University London. Prior to joining Brunel University, he was a postdoctoral researcher working at Dalian University of Technology, China from 2019 to 2021. Dr. Gong received his Ph.D. from Dalian University of Technology in 2019. During his Ph.D. course, Dr. Gong studied at the University of Newcastle, Australia from 2016 to 2018 for an exchange program. His degree thesis was "The Discontinuous Deformation and Displacement (DDD) Method and Its Engineering Application".
