Summary

I joined the Professional Police Practice Team as a Lecturer at Brunel in January 2023. I Lecture across all areas within the Policing Degree and Diploma Programmes, as well as delivering the PIP2 module for Trainee Detectives.

I retired from the Metropolitan Police Service in 2022 with nearly 32 years’ service having reached the rank of Detective Superintendent.

I spent many years working at different ranks within Serious Organised Crime, Anti-Corruption and Counter Terrorism, leading teams as the Senior Investigating Officer from the rank of DCI. As a result of this experience, I became a Subject Matter Expert in covert policing investigations, proactively tackling corruption, Serious Organised Crime and Terrorism. 

I am passionate about inclusive leadership, developing and supporting people to achieve their goals.
