Research Interests

In her research, Miss Galazka analyses the socio-political structure of past and modern totalitarian regimes mainly in Europe and East Asia. Her written project is a Young Adult dystopia set in a communist-inspired reality. Her main area of research is the concept of freedom within dystopian writing. Other areas of research include female empowerment, religion as a tool of oppression, and Slavic folklore.
