Dr. Banitsas’s area of interest include: telemedical applications, wireless sensors, Ambient Assisted Living, low power wireless devices, medical imaging, wireless networking and biomedical engineering in general. He is currently supervising 4 PhD students in the general area of telemedicine and medical imaging.
