SinMun is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a specialist in psychometric assessments and leadership development. As the Module Leader for Postgraduate Work Placement and Internship at Brunel Business School, he applies his industry expertise to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for career success. With a strong background in psychometrics, SinMun has been involved in the development of AI-powered predictive assessments, leveraging machine learning to enhance assessment accuracy and reduce development costs. His work includes optimising competency frameworks using AI, streamlining test validation processes, and improving scalability for assessment providers. He has designed and implemented assessment solutions for a London-based test publisher and continues to advise assessment providers in Southeast Asia, ensuring their tools meet high standards of reliability, validity, and cultural relevance.
