Summary

Thomas Coleman is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Brunel University London since October 2019. They studied for their PhD. in Computer Science from Brunel from 2017 to 2020 and also hold an MSc. in Information Management from Strathclyde University, Glasgow and a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham.

Thomas's research focuses on the application of technology to education, particularly the role of Games in teaching, learning and assessment. They have a longstanding interest in curriculum design and in the practical application of novel pedagogical techniques supported by new technology.

Thomas has teaching experience from Secondary through to Higher Education, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Strathclyde Univerity, Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Authority and a member of BCS.
