Miss Udita Bose

Summary

I am Udita Bose, from India. I hold an undergraduate (2018), a postgraduate (2020) and M.Phil (2023) degrees in Sociology from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. My M.Phil research was a qualitative study on the menstrual experiences of the middle class adolescent girls in Kolkata, India. 

I have been awarded a full studentship to pursue a PhD in Geography at Brunel University. In addition, I have also been awarded the travel and fieldwork prize, 2024, by the Development Geography research group, Royal Geographical Society. 

I have also taken on a new role as the Postgraduate Officer of the Geographies of Children, Youth and Families Research group, at the Royal Geographical Society. 

I am also a trained orator and elocutionist. I use my skills as a speaker to present my work, poems and social messages on youtube.
