I obtained my bachelor's degree in biology from Ankara University, Türkiye, and then a master's degree in medical biology from Gaziantep University, Türkiye.

I have been fully awarded to do PhD in the UK by the Ministry of National Education. I joined Brunel University in 2021 as a Doctoral Researcher. I am currently pursuing my PhD in the Department of Biological Sciences at Brunel University London under the supervision of Dr Sara Anjomani Virmouni. My PhD project focuses on comprehensive proteomics and phosphoproteomics analysis of Friedreich's ataxia cell lines
