The property is managed by Brunel Student Lettings, we offer a 51 week contract with a low deposit. We do not request guarantors, reference checks or administration fees and you will deal with Brunel Student lettings throughout your stay for queries or repairs. You will also have access to out of hours support provided by the 24 hour campus Security Office.
