Explore Learning is an award winning tuition provider designed to support 5-14 year olds with their Maths and English skills whilst developing their confidence, learning habits and self-belief. We’ve expanded rapidly over recent years with over 125 centres across the UK and America and we’re continuing to grow.

Once you have graduated you can join us as an Assistant Director you will join a close knit management team with the ultimate aim of growing your membership and raising our profile with families, schools and local communities. It’s a unique and challenging role where you can combine your love of working in education with a dynamic and fast paced commercial environment. It’s a really varied role but broadly speaking, there are 4 key areas that you will take responsibility for; management, sales and promotion, customer service and of course teaching.
