Research Interests

Prevention and Response to Gender-Based Violence: Applied research within the third sector to develop strategies addressing and preventing violence against women and girls, particularly through educational and community frameworks.

Organizational Diversity and Inclusion:Applied research for affirmative racial diversity initiatives within corporate contexts, integrating critical theories to foster inclusive and equitable work environments.

Gender and Race Pedagogy: Research within to curricula development that incorporates intersectional perspectives on gender and race, spanning from early childhood education to university-level programs.

Critical Discourse and Narrative Analysis: Engagement with critical discourse analysis, narrative inquiry, and storytelling methodologies to examine complex social identities, power structures, and systemic inequities.

Decolonial and Intersectional Studies: Active collaboration with international research networks, such as the Decolonial Alliance, focusing on decolonizing academic and organizational practices to promote anti-racist and socially just frameworks.
